Trim Healthy is an eating style that strives to eat whole, minimally processed foods, keeping carbs with carbs and fats with fats, as well as to anchor every meal with protein. By focusing on a healthy and balanced approach to eating that eliminates sugar and separates fats and healthy carbs, Trim Healthy’s goal is to improve health overall, rather than just at the scale.
Presenter Amanda Staymates is a certified Trim Healthy coach with a background in education. She will be providing samples of recipes from the Trim Healthy method, so that attendees can get a taste of the experience!
