Do you know where maple syrup comes from? This time of year, sugar maple trees begin to produce sap, which we use to make delicious maple syrup! In this STEM session, participants will learn to identify sugar maple leaves, count tree rings to determine a tree's age, and taste test real vs artificial maple syrup to see how they're different.
