Harvesting Fruit and Making Wine

This is the third in a three part series on growing organic fruit and permaculture by Craig Rowland.  Craig is a lifelong resident of Monroeville, holds a horticulture degree from Temple University, and is a Penn State Master Gardener. Craig has experience growing local fruits as well as crafting and selling PA wine. His presentation will introduce you to the basics on the harvesting and preserving fruits for wine making, as well as the wine making process.
