Join us for an in-person evening meditation! 


Dr. Eric Biseca, Naturopath, will lead us in meditation sessions and teach the art of conscious breathing for self-awareness and balance. Dr. Biseca shares Vipassana and mindfulness techniques and is starting a local faith-based organization dedicated to the practice of meditation.
